Foster Parent Engagement Specialist - Spanish Speaking

Entry Level

The Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment and licensing of long term foster homes for the agency’s Unaccompanied Children program.

Oversee and conducts foster parent orientation and training.
Works cohesively with the case managers regarding clients case plans.
Conducts home evaluations and annual reassessments.
Investigate complaints that relate to the care of children in the foster home to maintain compliance with licensing regulations.
Passion for working with the Unaccompanied refugee children population.

Education and Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in the behavioral sciences, human services or social services fields.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (orally and written) required.
